Notice

Pursuant to AS 34.35.600–.695 (Alaska Self-Storage Facility Act) and AS 34.35.635, the facility owner identified above gives notice that the unit renter(s) listed in the table below have been continuously in default for more than ten (10) days, that the second notice of default required by AS 34.35.625 has been given, and that the deadline for cure stated in that notice has passed without payment. The unit property, including the vehicle(s) described in the table, will be sold on the date(s), time(s), and at the location(s) shown to satisfy the storage lien. Proceeds will be applied first to the costs and expenses of the sale, then to the lien claimant’s lawful charges; any surplus will be remitted to the unit renter.

Manner of Sale

Public auction held at the storage facility (or at the nearest suitable location, or on a publicly accessible internet website specified above), as authorized by AS 34.35.635. Sold to the highest qualified bidder for cash, certified check, or other immediately available funds. Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties. Title will be transferred to the winning bidder by the facility owner using Alaska DMV procedures (Forms 826, 812/812A, 811), with the assistance of the Auctioneer.

Registration: Online Only. Registration opens August 27, 2026

Bidding: Every lot opens at $5 with NO ADDITIONAL RESERVE. Bid competitively or set a Max Bid.

Closing: This is a timed online auction which will begin to close at 5:30 p.m. AKT on Wednesday, September 2nd. It features a soft close of 3 lots per minute. If a bid is placed in the final minute, that lot will be extended an additional 60 seconds until no other bids are placed and the lot is sold.

How to Stop the Sale

Before the sale date and time, the unit renter may stop the sale by paying the full amount due plus accrued costs of sale to the facility owner at the address and phone number shown above. Payments must be made by cash, certified check, or other immediately available funds. On full payment, access to the unit will be restored.
