For the first time, we are pleased to offer a reduced, tiered buyer’s premium structure for our equipment auctions, calculated on a per-item basis as follows: $0 – $10,000 → 20% $10,001 – $25,000 → 15% $25,001 – $75,000 → 13% $75,001 – $150,000 → 11% $150,001 – $250,000 → 9% $250,001+ → 7% We are also excited to announce the continued expansion of our equipment division into the Matanuska Valley, with the addition of our new 5-acre yard in the Wasilla area. Inventory for this auction is located between our Anchorage and Wasilla facilities, with all Wasilla-based lots clearly identified within their individual descriptions. Headlining the sale is a 2018 Terramac RT14R rotating crawler carrier with approximately 2,000 hours, offering a 28,000 lb payload capacity, 360-degree rotating dump bed, and low ground pressure design suited for remote access, soft terrain, and high-efficiency hauling applications. The auction includes a substantial lineup of municipal and contractor-grade heavy equipment, including multiple Caterpillar 140M motor graders, a CAT 14G grader, and a Champion 726A VHP grader, alongside a Bomag MPH100S soil stabilizer and a Vactor 2100 series combination sewer cleaner. Additional support equipment includes compaction machinery, snow removal attachments, grader wings, hydraulic brooms, and related municipal and sitework assets. A significant portion of the sale is dedicated to new compact equipment, including multiple mini excavators and mini skid steer loaders, supported by a broad range of attachments such as buckets, grapples, forks, rakes, hydraulic implements, and material handling accessories suited for construction, landscaping, land management, and general contracting applications. Every lot opens at $5 and will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. AUCTION CLOSING: This auction opened for bidding on April 23rd and will begin to close at 6:00 pm AKST on Tuesday, May 5th. It features a soft close of 3 lots per minute. If a bid is placed in the final minute, that lot will be extended an additional 60 seconds until no other bids are placed and the lot is sold.
