Your Credit Card on file with our company will be charged immediately following the auction closing. If you would like to arrange for another form of payment you need to contact the auction company in writing by 24 hours before the auction begins closing.
You can reach the auction company by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to specifically arrange a cash or cashier's check method of payment. If cash or cashier's payment is not received by the pick-up deadline then the card on file we have for the winning bidder will be charged for the full invoice total including fees.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES BY 6PM JULY 17th. Pick-up times will be until 6p on Saturday, July 13th and 10m-6pm Tuesday, July 16th & Wednesday, July 17th. There is a 2 day only pick-up window for this auction after auction day and NO pick-ups will be available Sunday & Monday, July 14th & 15th.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO PICK-UP THEIR INVENTORY. NO EXCEPTIONS. ANY LOTS NOT PICKED UP BY THE DEADLINE WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO THE ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE FOR THEM AND AT THEIR FULL EXPENSE, CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON FILE FOR THEM.
Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is a 3% convenience fee charged to all credit card payments. This auction will also have a 3% City of Palmer Sales Tax added to each lot total. Your card will be charged immediately following the end of the auction. All sales are final. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card account in relation to their purchases. Remember, a 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to your bid price to arrive at the total purchase price. There is no discount for CASH PAYMENT. A $15.00 service fee will be added to all cards which are declined. Payment may be made in person for all local buyers. Local buyers may pay by credit card or cash. Payments over $5,000 can only be made via certified cashier's check or wire transfer. All fees are paid by the buyer. Please bring exact change if paying by cash, we do not carry change.

All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection by appointment only. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and authenticity. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
WARRANTIES OF OWNER/REPRESENTATIVE. The owner/representative warrants that he is the owner of listed items and has merchantable title to the items of personal property offered for sale and hereby grants to the Auctioneer the right to convey a merchantable title to such property to such buyers as may be successful at sale time. The owner/representative guarantees clear title, and that liens on the listed property be so stated whereby arrangements will be made so that clear title will be issued to the purchaser. In the event owner/representative is unable to clear title, owner/representative will be liable for any pre-sale expenses incurred by the Auctioneer, and a Withdrawal fee.
Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed online auction. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC reserves the right to withdraw, re-sequence or re-catalog items in this auction at any time, for any reason.
Pick-up - 2 DAYS ONLY
Pick-up times will be until 6p on Saturday, July 13th and 10am-6pm Tuesday, July 16th & Wednesday, July 17th. Please call (907) 746-7878 to coordinate your pick-up and inform us what day and time you will come by and which lots you will be picking up. We appreciate all of our bidders both local and out of the area but we are an auction company and not a storage facility. If items are not collected or shipping is not arranged by 6 pm on Wednesday, July 17th 2019 they are at risk of being forfeited and disposed of or donated to charity and the purchaser will lose their money that they bid on the item. If there is an arrangement with the seller to store items past the pick-up date, it will be on a case by case basis and a $25 per day storage fee will be applied per lot. If we have not received any form of communication or direction from the buyer on when they will collect their winning lots then we will ship them to the address we have on file for the buyer and charge the buyer for all shipping and handling fees.
Out of area buyers, your lots can be shipped to you by our 3rd Party Shipping Team if specifically requested. Items will be shipped via UPS, USPS or The Packaging Store. After payment for lots has been received, we will package your item for shipping and you will receive a 2nd invoice with shipping and handling charges added to it and your credit card on file with us will be charged a 2nd time for the Shipping & Handling charges. Please note objects that do not fit into a small, medium, or large USPS flat rate box will be packaged and shipped via a local UPS store affiliate, at the buyer’s full expense via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. All Payments by cashier's check over $500 from out of state will require a bank letter of credit or will be held for 2 weeks. Please note shipping from Alaska can be costly and while we do our best to minimize costs, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover any and all costs associated with shipping regardless of expense. Alaskan ivory will not be shipped outside of the United States. International buyers may bid on ivory items but must plan to pick up ivory pieces in the state of Alaska within the pick-up hours for each auction. Ammunition cannot be shipped out of the state of Alaska. Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder if purchased by out of state buyers that require shipping and buyer is responsible for all FFL transfer/shipping fees.
Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All Freight items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping will be handled by Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals and our 3rd Party Shipping Team. Charges will include the cost of shipping and packaging supplies as well as a modest handling fee that is roughly a 15% mark-up of the total packaging material and shipping charges from our 3rd party shipping partner. Items will be combined to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. All purchases with a combined value over $100.00 will require insurance and signature confirmation which will be paid by the buyer. While we try to ship all items within the first week after the auction closes, all purchases will be shipped within 10 business days of payment. Your credit card will be charged once for your items, and then a second time for your shipping & handling fees. There are handling and material costs associated with your shipping total. Please be aware that while we try to keep costs to an absolute minimum for you, we cannot ship your items for free. We use new supplies, bubble wrap, boxes, and packing materials. Buyers who do not pick up their items within the specified pickup time window will have them shipped to their address on file and at their full expense unless prior arrangements have been approved by the auctioneer.

ANY LOTS NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPED BY THAT TIME WILL INCUR A $25 PER LOT, PER DAY CHARGE. EXACT PICKUP ADDRESS FOR ESTATE SALES WILL BE SHARED WITH WINNING BIDDERS WHEN THE AUCTION ENDS. IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED-UP BY THE DESIGNATED TIME THEN THEY WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE WINNING BIDDER AT THEIR FULL EXPENSE TO THE ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE FOR THEM AND CHARGE THEIR CARD A SECOND TIME FOR THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES.
Payment- Cash and Credit Cards
ALL CARDS ON FILE FOR THE WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. IF IN THE EVENT THE CARD ISN'T CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION THEN IT WILL BE CHARGED NO LATER THAN WITHIN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION CLOSE. If you wish to pay when you pick up, use PayPal, or use another method of payment like cash or cashier's check, we must be contacted by 24 hours before the auction ends. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR CREDIT CARD, ADDRESS, EMAIL, AND PHONE NUMBERS ON FILE WITH US ARE CORRECT. If you have an old/unusable/declined credit card you will be charged an additional $25 on your invoice for a declined card. ONCE AGAIN, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please understand if your credit card is declined, we will open a dispute within 24 hours, if your invoice is not paid within 5 days a dispute will be opened regardless of any communication between you and our company. Cashier's Checks over $500 must be pre-approved by the Auctioneer, No Personal, Out of State or Business checks will be accepted. CASHIER'S CHECKS ONLY IF SPECIFICALLY ARRANGED AND PRE-APPROVED WITH AUCTIONEER. If for any reason you decide not to pay your invoice in a timely manner you will be banned from any future bidding on any future auctions. This will affect your ability to bid on any other current auctions or future auctions with us.
Background Checks and Final Sales:
Anyone that bids on firearms must be of legal age to do so. Highest bidders of firearms must be able to pass a federal background check and legally purchase firearms. All sales of firearms will not be considered final until the background check is successfully passed by the highest bidder. In the case that the background check comes back unapproved then the bidder will be refunded the hammer price of the firearm(s) but will forfeit the buyer's premium and any additional fees that were due in the processing of their unsuccessful transaction. The firearm will be kept by the auction company and sold to the back-up bidder or re-sold at a future auction. Bidders that knowingly bid on firearms when they cannot pass a background check or legally possess a firearm risk being banned from any and all future auctions with our auction company. Buyer is responsible for any and all FFL transfer/shipping fees.
All vehicles purchased through our Auction Company are subject to DMV title transfer fees and possible vehicle registration fees. Our Auction Company also charges a $40 title transfer fee. All DMV & Auction Company vehicle transfer/registration fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay and are non-negotiable.
Governing Law and Venue. This agreement is governed by and construed in compliance with the domestic laws of the State of Alaska without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule (whether of the State of Alaska or of any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction except the State of Alaska. All disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved in a court of law located in Anchorage, Alaska.
By bidding in our auction the bidder accepts and agrees that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the auction in their entirety. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and acceptance of these terms & conditions.
