  by appointment pick ups on Wednesday\, January 30th. Exact p
 ickup address for estate lots will be shared with winning bi
 dders after auction ends. Buyers that fail to pick up their 
 items within the specified time window will have their items
  shipped to them to their address on file\, at their full exp
 ense\, and their card on file will be charged a second time f
 or the shipping and handling fees. Items that can not be rea
 sonably shipped\, if not picked up in the allotted time\, are 
 at risk of being donated to charity or disposed of.
