 y. For the first time\, we are pleased to offer a reduced\, ti
 ered buyer’s premium structure for our equipment auctions\,
  calculated on a per-item basis as follows: $0 – $10\,000 â
 †’ 20% $10\,001 – $25\,000 → 15% $25\,001 – $75\,000 → 1
 3% $75\,001 – $150\,000 → 11% $150\,001 – $250\,000 → 9%
  $250\,001+ → 7% We are also excited to announce the contin
 ued expansion of our equipment division into the Matanuska V
 alley\, with the addition of our new 5-acre yard in the Wasil
 la area. Inventory for this auction is located between our A
 nchorage and Wasilla facilities\, with all Wasilla-based lots
  clearly identified within their individual descriptions. He
 adlining the sale is a 2018 Terramac RT14R rotating crawler 
 carrier with approximately 2\,000 hours\, offering a 28\,000 lb
  payload capacity\, 360-degree rotating dump bed\, and low gro
 und pressure design suited for remote access\, soft terrain\, 
 and high-efficiency hauling applications. The auction includ
 es a substantial lineup of municipal and contractor-grade he
 avy equipment\, including multiple Caterpillar 140M motor gra
 ders\, a CAT 14G grader\, and a Champion 726A VHP grader\, alon
 gside a Bomag MPH100S soil stabilizer and a Vactor 2100 seri
 es combination sewer cleaner. Additional support equipment i
 ncludes compaction machinery\, snow removal attachments\, grad
 er wings\, hydraulic brooms\, and related municipal and sitewo
 rk assets. A significant portion of the sale is dedicated to
  new compact equipment\, including multiple mini excavators a

 dy trucks\, box trucks\, and medium-duty platforms\, along with
  additional municipal-retired units offered in a range of co
 nditions. The auction also features a strong selection of st
 ructures and property improvement inventory\, including steel
  carports\, outbuildings\, sheds\, and related site infrastruct
 ure\, along with building materials\, palletized goods\, tools\,
  equipment components\, and general jobsite inventory\, provid
 ing opportunities across all bidding levels. Every lot opens
  at $5 and will be sold to the highest bidder without reserv
 e. AUCTION CLOSING: This auction opened for bidding on April
  23rd and will begin to close at 6:00 pm AKST on Tuesday\, M
 ay 5th. It features a soft close of 3 lots per minute. If a
  bid is placed in the final minute\, that lot will be extend
 ed an additional 60 seconds until no other bids are placed a
 nd the lot is sold.
